Listen to the 2022 Western Canadian Music Award nominees in the roots, global and Indigenous categories

The Western Canadian Music Awards unveiled this year’s nominees last Tuesday.
The awards will be handed out during the Breakout West conference and festival Sept. 28 to Oct. 2 in Calgary.
The annual event features daily industry panels, networking events, mentorship sessions, and of course, a festival’s worth of artist showcases featuring artists in all genres.
