Home Routes has announced its ticketed online concert series for the fall

Winnipeg-based house concert network Home Routes /Chemin Chez Nous is now offering online ticketed shows for the fall 2020 season.

Produced in collaboration with the Calgary Folk Club, these first ever global shows will allow fans to engage with the performers in real time, interact with other like-minded attendees and occupy the best seat in the house, all while enjoying world class music at home or within their social bubble. Performers for the fall 2020 season are James Keelaghan and Hugh McMillan, Sierra Noble, Scott Cook and the Indoorables, April Verch, The Small Glories, and Hauler – performing weekly beginning Oct. 6 and running on Tuesday evenings through November.

The first ticketed show this fall features one of the most respected and engaging songwriters in Canada and one of the best accompanists on the planet in a duo performance that delivers the goods, James Keelaghan and Hugh McMillan will be broadcasting live from Perth, ON. For fans in Europe, North America and Australia, Home Routes is offering the shows in three different time zones. Europeans are invited to purchase tickets for the Oct. 6 performance at 8 p.m. GMT. North Americans are invited to purchase tickets for the 7 p.m. CT show, and Australians are invited to the show on Oct 7 at 6 a.m. CT. Tickets are available now for this show at homeroutes.ca.

Sierra Noble, award winning Métis fiddle player and singer-songwriter, performs Oct. 13, offering two shows for North American and European fans; followed by prairie troubadour Scott Cook and the Indoorables on Oct. 20. Ottawa Valley fiddle, dance and vocal wizard April Verch, performs Oct. 27, broadcasting live from Hollow Reed Studio in Asheville, NC. The Small Glories will be live from Winnipeg on Nov. 3, offering two shows for North American and European fans; and broadcasting live from the Maritimes, contemporary roots trio, Hauler, perform a virtual Cape Breton kitchen party on Nov. 10.

Oct. 6-7 – James Keelaghan and Hugh McMillan (Live from Perth, ON) X 3 shows

Oct. 13 – Sierra Noble (Live from Winnipeg, MB! X 2 shows

Oct. 20 – Scott Cook and the Indoorables, (Edmonton, AB)

Oct. 27 – April Verch (Live from the Hollow Reed Studio in Asheville, NC)

Nov. 3 – The Small Glories (Live from Winnipeg, MB) X 2 shows

Nov. 10 – Hauler (Sydney, NS)

Out of recognition and respect for the current global financial situation, Home Routes is excited to offer three ticketing options: a standard ticket price, a “pay a little less”  ticket option (with students and others on a fixed income in mind) and a “pay a little more” option for anyone wanting to support the performer and Home Routes by paying an amount above the standard ticket price. Options are available at time of purchase.

Ticketed shows will be hosted ?on ?ZOOM? ?behind a secure and safe paywall created exclusively for Home Routes by leading web developer Wavelength Media.  ?Tickets are one per email address/per device. Ticket purchasers will receive an immediate email confirmation upon purchasing. The show link to watch will be emailed 24 hours prior to the show start. Tickets are non-refundable.
