Hamilton-based guitarist, singer-songwriter and producer Chris Chambers releases new video for “Tobacco Blonde”

Hamilton-based guitarist, singer-songwriter and producer Chris Chambers is one of the hardest working young musicians on the scene today, and he has been performing and recording for 20 years.  As a solo artist, Chris has released two independent records and various singles and has toured Canada, Europe and parts of the US.

On April 16, he released the first single and video for “Tobacco Blonde,” the first of several that will complete an upcoming EP that is set for release in late 2019.

As a session musician, Chris has performed on numerous independent releases and worked alongside notable producers such as Tim Tickner and Nick Blagona (The Police, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd). He has written and produced music for international ad campaigns including for corporations such as Volkswagen.

He has shared the stage with notable artists such as Steve Earle, Matt “Guitar” Murphy, Randy Bachman, Teenage Head, Philip Sayce, Morgan Davis, Matt Schofield, The Georgia Satellites and more.  He is a regular on the summer festival circuit (Cavendish Beach Music Festival, Canada’s Largest Ribfest, the Canadian National Exhibition) as a featured artist and as a sideman.

Currently, Chris splits his time between performing live and producing music for himself and for collaborative projects.
