2011 Juno Nominees Announced

The 40th annual Juno Award nominations were announced this morning and we’re proud of all the Canadian artists who’ve been recognized. Around these parts we like to think of ourselves as tastemakers, so we’ve listed the roots, traditional, and blues nominees here along with links back to where you may have encountered these artists on our pages in the past.

The awards will be handed out in Toronto during the last week of March (CTV will be broadcasting the event on Sunday, March 27). Congratulations to all the nominees.
