The 13th annual Maple Blues Awards are taking place on Monday, January 18, 2010 at a spanking new venue, The Royal Conservatory’s Koerner Hall in downtown Toronto. To mark the occasion, Roots Music Canada is spotlighting nominees with a series of video profiles, beginning with 2009 Juno-Award-winning pianist, singer/songwriter, Julian Fauth.
If you happen to be in the GTA Saturday January 9th, you can catch Julian Fauth and fellow multiple-Maple Blues Award nominee Harrison Kennedy at a special fundraiser to help send Julian and Harrison to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee January 20-23, 2010.
